Yes, Galaxy D is very safe for ferrets as it was tested on ferrets. I
have been using Galaxy D for my ferrets for 11 years now with NO
reactions to it. IMO Galaxy D has a lower rate of reation. I had also
had ferrets that came into my rescue who had Fervac D and alot of them
who got their booster shots with the same vaccine ended up having
reactions to it. Most of the reactions I have heard about from Purevax
were fatal or near fatal reactions. As far as I know Fervac D IS gone
for good.Debi
