While it is possible, I doubt it. I suspect that you are instead seeing a vaccine response, but may be seeing something else, too, perhaps a sinus infection, or maybe just a plain old allergic reaction to circulating pollen (It IS ragweed season...) One question that has to be asked, but the timing makes it less likely: they used a vaccine that is one for ferrets, right?
