Infections can cause enlarged lymph nodes. If two
years have gone by I seriously doubt Gypsie has/had
juvenile lymphoma, particularly if she's happy and
seemingly healthy now. A vet checkup certainly
wouldn't hurt but I suspect you'll get only good news.
Without pathology on an affected lymph node (i.e.:
from a biopsy) there is no way they could have
definitively diagnosed lymphoma.
The usual disclaimer applies: I am not a vet, but
seven of my ferrets over the years have had lymphoma.
