Subject: Re: Questions on taking care of sick ferret

I really wish I had the option of taking him to the vet. Recently my other
ferret George, 4 years, had to have an adrenalectomy and I spent close to
$4000 for that. So at this point I'm out of money and so I'm trying to do
with what I can.

The humidifier helped a lot and now he isn't struggling to breath. He was
still eager to eat the banana baby food this morning, but I'm worried because
he will only eat so much. When he eats about 1.5 ccs he lays down and goes
fast asleep. Now, this morning when I woke Nosmo up to feed him his right ear
was crusted with this stuff that has the consistency of ear wax but is dark
brown. Now I don't know if this is related, but last night when he was acting
sluggish he would walk with his head tilted with that ear closest to the
ground. As of right now his walking is better and his head is not tilted.

I want to do everything that I can, but my financial situation isn't good and
I'm open to anything that will help him.
