If you are talking about a food that is digestible by a
ferret the answer is yes, around 30% is about right. You can
feed a food with a lower protein level as long as it contains
all the vitamins and minerals they require, they just ear more
of it. Some people now seem to think that a diet of around 30%
is too high and a lower percentage would be better in older
ferrets. Chris.
