My understanding, from my vet, is that there is a difference
between the two. Peto is for stomach ailments like upset
tummies, etc. Immodium and/or Kaopectate (he prefers
children's Kao to Immodium) is for the intestinal
tract...diarrhea in particular. I always thought the two were
interchangeable but I guess not.
