hi all :)
my vet, who is ferret knowlegeble, was confused by Bianca's swollen fat pads.
i called them mumps. he said wait and see. He was not sure if it was an
allergy or an infection. I treated her with benadryl for a while, but
nothing changed.
I too had lost a ferret and was horrified to see the swellings in a new
ferret.
I had some of Timmy's Tonic (1 dropper full once or twice a day) and some
colodial silver (a dropper or less). these two have kept the swellings down.
now she is down to almost nothing, just when i notice the swelling increasing.
just some passing thoughts.
